1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using terbit-my.com, you agree to these Terms of Use to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website. These terms should be read together with the Privacy Notice and Website Disclaimer.
2. About the website
Terbit Malaysia provides information about circular agriculture, Organic Fertilizer development, Black Soldier Fly technology, future sustainable protein and digital-agriculture pathways, Terbit Insights, the Terbit Tool Box and related business enquiries. Some features described on the website are planned or under development and may not yet be commercially available.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal, business, research and informational purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service in a manner that harms normal operation, impersonate another person, or use Terbit content in a misleading or unlawful way.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Terbit name, logos, website design, original text, graphics, software and other Terbit-created materials are owned by or licensed to Terbit and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited viewing, sharing of links and reasonable quotation for lawful purposes do not transfer ownership. You may not reproduce substantial Terbit materials, remove branding, or use Terbit trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
5. User submissions and enquiries
If you send an enquiry, sample request, feedback or other business information, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a sample, partnership, distributorship, purchase opportunity or response within a particular time unless Terbit expressly agrees otherwise.
6. PWA/FWA and device installation
Terbit Malaysia may be installable as a progressive/future web app through supported browsers. Installation availability and offline behavior depend on the user's device, browser and operating system. Terbit may update or discontinue web-app features as the platform develops.
7. Educational and product information
Agricultural, technical, feed, sustainability and product-development content is subject to the Website Disclaimer. General content is not a guarantee of product performance or professional advice. Final product specifications and application instructions, when available, will take precedence over earlier educational or development-stage content.
8. Third-party links and Terbit ecosystem sites
The website may link to third-party sources and other Terbit ecosystem websites. Those destinations may have separate operators, privacy practices, terms or availability. Terbit is not responsible for third-party content solely because a link is provided.
9. Availability and changes
Terbit may update, suspend, replace or remove website content or functionality without notice where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, product development or business operations. Terbit does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Terbit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of general website information or temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies available under mandatory Malaysian consumer-protection law. If Terbit later supplies goods or services online, the applicable Terms of Sale and transaction disclosures will operate alongside those statutory protections.
12. Privacy and security
Use of the website may involve technical processing necessary to operate and secure the service. Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Notice. Users should not submit passwords, payment credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information through general enquiry fields.
13. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to a particular user or transaction.
14. Changes to these terms
Terbit may revise these terms as the website and business develop. The production version should display an effective date. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
