Before production commerce or additional tracking/monetisation features are activated, Terbit should review whether it also needs a cookie/analytics notice, affiliate disclosure, product-specific warranty or returns information, and any additional sector-specific disclosures. These should be added when the underlying feature or commercial relationship actually exists rather than published prematurely.
Registered entity details are still a launch item. The current staging documents refer to “Terbit Malaysia / operator of terbit-my.com”. Before production activation, this must be replaced or supplemented with the exact registered legal entity name, registration number and any legally required business disclosures.
